Ball State pulls away from Calumet, rolls 74-39

MUNCIE, Ind. (AP) — Jarrod Jones had 23 points and 11 rebounds to lead Ball State past Calumet 74-39 on Sunday.

Tyler Koch added a career-high 14 points and Jesse Berry had 12 for the Cardinals (2-2), who led 29-19 at halftime. They outscored the Crimson Wave 24-3 to start the second half and eventually led by as many as 37 points.

Eleven Ball State players scored. Koch also had seven rebounds and made three 3-pointers for the Cardinals.

Roddy Richardson led Calumet, which plays in NAIA Division II, with 13 points.
