NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Tennessee rookie Tommie Campbell has been taken to the locker room with an injured left shoulder hurt while blocking on a punt return in the first quarter against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Campbell scored the first touchdown of his career earlier in the quarter taking a reverse 84 yards on a kickoff return.
The seventh-round draft pick from Campbellsville (Pa.) was blocking Preston Parker during the punt return when Parker tossed him to the ground at the end of the play. Campbell stayed on the ground for a few minutes before being helped to the sideline and into the locker room
His return is questionable.
