Kirkland woman dies of neck wound

KIRKLAND, Wash. (AP) -- Police are questioning the boyfriend of a 19-year-old woman who died of a neck wound early Wednesday in Kirkland.
Police aren't calling him a suspect or saying yet whether the woman was killed or died of a self-inflicted wound.
Lt. Mike Murray says the man was distraught when he called 911 about 3 a.m. and said his girlfriend was bleeding from the neck.
Paramedics arrived at the apartment complex, but the woman died as they were putting her in an aid car.
