SEVILLE, Spain (AP) — Argentina’s captain is upset that the team rest day was disturbed by early morning doping tests before the Davis Cup final against Spain.

Argentina’s players were awakened at 6:30 a.m. to provide samples on Thursday, a day before the best-of-five series opens at Seville’s Olympic Stadium.

Tito Vazquez says “it could have been done at another moment, but unfortunately that’s not up to us to decide.”

Argentina’s Juan Monaco will play Rafael Nadal in opening singles Friday. The South Americans will try to win their first title in four finals.

Four-time champion Spain is going for a third victory in four years.
