YAKIMA, Wash. (AP) -- A 28-year-old man was arrested Monday on a manslaughter charge in the death of his baby daughter nearly three years ago in Selah.

KAPP reports Robert Leingang was arrested after he was released from a state prison in Connell. He served time for identity theft.

The Yakima Herald-Republic reports a polygraph test in June led police to accuse Leingang of shaking the baby in 2008 after he had taken methamphetamine.
