No injuries in 2-alarm downtown Everett fire

EVERETT, Wash. (AP) -- Occupants were evacuated from three street-level businesses and two floors of apartments Wednesday as smoke filled the historic Strand Hotel building in downtown Everett.

The fire went to two alarms because of the smoke.
