TE Stevens questionable with sore ribs vs Steelers

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Tennessee tight end Craig Stevens is questionable against Pittsburgh after being able to return to limited practice Friday.

Stevens was receiving treatment on his injured ribs after practice, but said through a team spokesman he is feeling better and hopes to play Sunday against the Steelers (2-2).

Coach Mike Munchak says it’s a question of whether Stevens can tolerate the soreness.

Fullback Ahmard Hall was excused from Friday’s practice after returning from a four-game suspension. That apparently will not affect the Titans’ plans to activate him for Sunday’s game. The Titans will have to release someone to make room on the 53-man roster for Hall.

Receiver Kenny Britt, who is on injured reserve, had surgery Friday to repair the torn ACL and MCL in his right knee.
