Gruesome Halloween display returns in Yakima

YAKIMA, Wash. (AP) -- A gruesome Halloween display has returned to a home in Yakima.
KAPP reports (http://bit.ly/mSrVPH ) some neighbors are horrified.
This is the second year Justin Tabert has hung an array of headless or bloody dolls from a tree, known as the "naughty tree." He says it's a big hit and he's not bothered if some people think he's disturbed.
