Romney to visit Seattle, Portland for fundraisers

SEATTLE (AP) -- Republican presidential hopeful Mitt Romney visits Seattle Thursday for a fundraising luncheon at a downtown hotel.
The Seattle Times reports (http://bit.ly/pCc7Vr ) the luncheon is sponsored by party and business leaders including former Spokane Congressman George Nethercutt, developer Martin Selig, wireless tycoons Bruce McCaw and John Stanton and former Microsoft executive John Connors.
Admission to the event is $500 per person and $1,250 for a photo reception.
From Seattle, Romney will head to Portland for a fundraiser Friday.
