Pedestrian killed in Woodburn

WOODBURN, Ore. (AP) -- Police say it was raining heavily Tuesday night in Woodburn when a man was struck and killed as he tried to cross Highway 99E.
Police told The Oregonian (http://bit.ly/nlsgXu ) he was near an intersection but not in a crosswalk.
