Stevenson-Carson schools get $3,000 gift

Stevenson — The Lacamas Community Credit Union donated $3,000 to the Stevenson-Carson School District as part of the credit union’s 2011 Community Partnership Program. Lacamas Chief Operating Officer Douglas Grout presented a check to Superintendent Teena McDonald at a Sept. 16 assembly at Stevenson High School. Grout said, “Our Community Partnership program helps local organizations make a difference right here in Southwest Washington.” Funds are raised in part by Entertainment Book sales.
