RICHLAND, Wash. (AP) — A small earthquake has rattled the Richland area.
The U.S. Geological Survey says the 3.4-magnitude quake struck shortly after 11 p.m. Friday and was centered about nine miles north of Richland.
The USGS has dozens of hits on its website from respondents saying they felt the temblor.
KDNU reports it also had calls from people saying they felt it, but no reports of any damage.
