The Thunder moved one game behind Camas in the 3A Greater St. Helens League standings with the shutout in Kelso.
Michael Rivers scored three touchdowns and Eddie Richardson added two for Mountain View (5-2, 3-1).
Kelso (3-4, 2-2) dropped to fifth with the loss.
