Battle Ground — Changes are coming to the access road to Lewisville Regional Park, 26411 N.E. Lewisville Highway (also known as state Highway 503).
The project includes paving and striping for parallel parking on the east shoulder of the park access road. Currently, cars parked diagonally often block all or part of the inbound traffic lane.
A crew from McNealy Excavating, Inc. of Washougal will start work in late October or early November, depending on the weather.
The project should take about five days. During construction, no parking will be allowed on the access road.
