SALEM, Ore. (AP) — Court documents allege that two men arrested in the killing of a Salem man lured him to an apartment to rob him, bound him with duct tape and then shot him.

The Salem Statesman Journal reports (http://bit.ly/nRnMRE ) that documents released Tuesday say 23-year-old David Polanco was hit more than once in the torso.

Nicholas Chavez and Jhosuamil Colon Lebron were arrested in Northern California hours after the shooting on Sunday.

They are expected to be returned to Oregon to face aggravated murder and other charges.

Authorities did not describe the relationship between Polanco and the two suspects. The paper said court records show Chavez previously lived in the complex where the shooting occurred.
