Vancouver-based Barrett Business Service on Tuesday reported increases in both earnings and revenue as it drew more clients and sales during its third quarter.
Revenue for Barrett, a leading provider of business management solutions, was up 16 percent compared to a year ago, reaching $85.4 million on gross sales of $406 million. The company’s profit climbed 48 percent over the year to $5.4 million, making the quarter one of the most profitable in its history, Michael Elich, president and chief executive officer, said in a statement
For the fourth quarter, ending Dec. 31, the company expects gross revenues to range from $405 million to $410 million.
