After the annexation to the I-5 junction, La Center will pay more than $300,000 for repaving the portion of Timmens Road included in the annex. What other major expenditures have not been revealed to residents? Yes, diversifying the tax base is important, but at what cost to the current residents and businesses? I believe change is needed.
