Hockinson announced some changes in game times for playoff games this week.
The Hockinson girls soccer team will play W.F. West of Chehalis in a Class 2A district playoff at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at Battle Ground's District Stadium. This is a half-hour later start than earlier announced. The winner will clinch at state tournament berth and advance to the district title game. The loser will play a loser-out game Thursday.
Win or lose on Tuesday, Hockinson will play at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at District Stadium.
Also Tuesday, Washougal will play Centralia in a 2A district loser-out match at 5 p.m. at Washougal's Fishback Stadium.
Likewise, the Hockinson football team will play W.F. West in a 2A district playoff game at 7:30 p.m. Friday at District Stadium, also 30 minutes later than earlier announced. Gates will open at 6:30 p.m.
Skyview's football game against Issaquah will be at 7 p.m. Friday at Kiggins Bowl, and Prairie's football game against Meadowdale will be 7 p.m. Saturday at Edmonds District Stadium.
Class B soccer — The King's Way Christian and Seton Catholic girls soccer teams will play playoff games Tuesday for berths in the 2B/1B state tournament.
King's Way will play Ocosta at Centralia High School, and Seton Catholic will play at Napavine. Both matches are set for 7 p.m.
King's Way and Seton play the regular season in the 1A Trico League, while Napavine and Ocosta play in the 1A Evergreen Conference. As the only four Class B girls soccer teams in District 4, they must play off for state tournament berths.
Class B volleyball — The Class 1B district volleyball tournament will begin Tuesday with four loser-out matches. Two matches are scheduled at King's Way Christian High School. Seton Catholic will play Taholah at 6 p.m. King's Way will face Mary M. Knight at 8 p.m.
Columbia Valley plays at Lake Quinault at 6 p.m. and Three Rivers Christian plays at Wishkah Valley at 6 p.m.
Winners will advance to the semifinals on Thursday.
3A soccer — Mountain View faces Kelso at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Doc Harris Stadium in Camas in a 3A district girls soccer playoff.
The winner advances to a bi-district playoff match in Sumner for a berth to the state tournament.
