PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — The Multnomah County sheriff’s office says a 16-year volunteer in search and rescue operations has been charged with sex abuse involving a young woman in the unit.
The sheriff’s office says 30-year-old Brandon Liggett was jailed Wednesday in Washington County.
It describes Liggett as the volunteer search and rescue head adviser.
