Fire Weather Watch for Cascade Foothills

The National Weather Service in Portland has issued a Fire Weather Watch for the Clark County and the west side of the Cascades and the Cascade Foothills, including the Gifford Pinchot National Forest. The watch will be in effect from Saturday evening to Sunday afternoon. A Fire Weather Watch means that critical fire weather conditions are forecast to occur.
If you are heading out to the woods for Labor Day weekend please take precautions and do your part to prevent forest fires.
