Letter: Regret the day the music choice died

I wonder how many people are as disappointed as I am at the loss of the easy listening music on local radio station KVAN 1550 AM. I’m sure some would call it “elevator music” but I enjoyed the music spanning the late ’40s through the ’70s. I have scoured the AM and FM dials trying to find something comparable but have not been successful.

Sure, I could subscribe to satellite radio but it doesn’t cover the same range on one station. Not to mention the extra cost.

So what do we have in the place of classic music? Talk radio. Swell. Just what we need.
