Leter: Raise is too much in current times

What’s with this? Clark Public Utilities General Manager Wayne Nelson received an 11 percent raise when hardly any others are getting raises? Social Security recipients and state of Washington retirees can’t even get a COLA raise, so I can’t see how one utility manager should get this much plus the perks.
