2 of 3 killed at Nev. restaurant were Guardsmen

CARSON CITY, Nev. (AP) -- Authorities say two of the three people killed after a gunman opened fire at a Nevada IHOP restaurant were National Guardsmen in uniform.
Nevada Highway Patrol Trooper Chuck Allen says extra security measures have been put in place on state and military buildings in northern Nevada as a safety precaution.
