FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (AP) — Arkansas coach Bobby Petrino has refused to look ahead this week while preparing for New Mexico.

The No. 14 Razorbacks (1-0) opened the season with a convincing 51-7 win over Missouri State last week. Junior Tyler Wilson and sophomore Brandon Mitchell played well, answering questions about how Arkansas would rebound after losing Ryan Mallett to the NFL.

Wilson and Mitchell combined to finish 28 of 35 passing for 364 yards and three touchdowns in the win.

Next up are the Lobos (0-1) in Little Rock’s War Memorial Stadium on Saturday. New Mexico lost 14-10 to Colorado State in its opener, allowing 10 sacks and losing three fumbles.

The Razorbacks led the Southeastern Conference in sacks last season.
