TUALATIN, Ore. (AP) — An Oregon State Police trooper says a Honda Civic that he clocked at 107 mph on Interstate 5 sped up to more than 120 mph after he tried to pull it over. The driver finally stopped when he exited in the Tualatin area south of Portland and got caught in heavy traffic.

Trooper Nigel Schanckenberg says he arrested 27-year-old Dallas William Bradley of Bend on Monday for investigation of DUI, reckless driving and felony attempt to elude.
