Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Adair Homes, a construction firm, has leased 6,030 square feet from Columbia Tech Center, 1101 S.E. Tech Center Drive, Suite 160, Vancouver. The expected move-in date is April 15. Adam D. Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant.

Balance Studios, a fitness/yoga studio, has leased 2,270 square feet of retail space at Fisher’s Landing Plaza, 1605 S.E. 164th St., Vancouver, from Vancouver Border LLC. The move-in date is March 1. Pam Lindloff of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the tenant; Melissa Darm and Marc Strabic of HSM Pacific Realty represented the landlord.

Ceco Concrete Construction has leased 218 square feet of office space at Vancouvercenter, 700 Washington St., Vancouver. Tamara Fuller and Doug Bartocci of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord and the tenant.

Expect Payment Solutions has amended its lease with EastRidge Associates I and is relocating and expanding its space from 2,088 square feet to 3,752 square feet at 11805 N.E. 99th St., Suite 1300, Vancouver. Byron Roselli and Adam D. Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

Mike Pattullo and Thomas Drinkwater, operating a mortgage firm, have leased 1,312 square feet of office space at First Place Plaza, 12503 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd., Vancouver. The move-in date is March 1. Tamara Fuller of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord and the tenant.

Old Friends Custom Finishing, a furniture refinishing business, has leased 2,000 square feet of industrial space at Vancouver Business Park, 3315 N.E. 112th Ave., Vancouver, from Bennett Family Trust II LLC. Garret Harper of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord.

WSDOT, a government agency, has leased 4,999 square feet of office space at Vancouvercenter, 700 Washington St., Vancouver. Doug Bartocci and Tamara Fuller of Norris Beggs & Simpson represented the tenant and the landlord.
