FRISCO, Texas (AP) — FC Dallas goalkeeper Kevin Hartman and Tauro FC’s Alvaro Anzola took turns making spectacular saves as the teams played to 1-1 draw in a CONCACAF Champions League match Wednesday night.

Daniel Cruz gave Dallas the lead, setting a franchise record for the fastest goal when he scored just 23 minutes into the match. Playing just his fifth game for Dallas since arriving from Belgium on Aug. 4, Cruz received a nifty chip pass over two defenders from Jackson Goncalves, spun and fired a shot from 15 yards that beat Anzola to the upper right corner.

Luis Moreno tied it at 1-1 for Tauro in the 41st minute on a penalty kick, which was called when Dallas defender Ugo Ihemelu tripped up Victor Mendieta in the box.
