Vancouver police have located a man who went missing after a Tuesday morning bicycle ride.
Andre Puzhlyakov, 52, was safe when he was located Wednesday, according to a police news release.
He had been last seen at approximately 7:30 a.m. Tuesday near East Fourth Plain Boulevard and 65th Avenue, just west of Andresen Road, while riding his blue and white- striped mountain bicycle.
