Body found in Spokane River

SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) -- Spokane police are investigating a body found Sunday morning in the Spokane River.
An employee of a nearby hotel reported seeing the body submerged in the river at the Lou Barbieri Bridge in Riverfront Park just before 8 a.m.
