Letter: City needs dedicated worker

I’ve worked with Anne McEnerny-Ogle for more than two decades, and I strongly support her as a candidate for Vancouver City Council.

As chair of Fruit Valley Neighborhood Association, McEnerny-Ogle and I worked with the Vancouver school district to develop our new school. We worked to redesign Northwest 26th Avenue farther away from our homes and closer to the port industrial park, reducing noise and other impacts to my neighbors.

She and I worked with neighborhood leaders, businesses, and the city on transportation concurrency for East Mill Plain Boulevard. Businesses still work with our Neighborhood Transportation Safety Alliance. McEnerny-Ogle helped us find common ground to solve our problems.
