CINCINNATI (AP) — Houston right-hander Bud Norris left the Astros’ game against the Cincinnati Reds on Tuesday night two outs into the third inning with an apparent problem with his right shoulder.

Norris was visited on the mound by manager Brad Mills and a trainer after getting an 0-2 count on Paul Janish. The Reds were leading 3-2 with runners on first and second and two outs.

Norris, who is 6-10 overall but 1-4 over his last 12 starts going into the game, had thrown 71 pitches. He allowed seven hits and three runs with two walks and three strikeouts.

Right-hander Lucas Harrell replaced Norris and got Janish to ground out to end the inning.
