Letter: Expectations are being met

A few weeks ago, Congresswoman Jaime Herrera Beutler, R-Camas, sent an email newsletter talking about her six coffee shop community meetings, three Rotary Club visits, three business tours, two roundtable discussions with local professionals, two media appearances, and other activities here in the area.

Southwest Washington has an expectation that their U.S. Congresswoman is around and available. Congresswoman Herrera Beutler has lived up to that expectation in a wide variety of ways. I hope that she continues to be an accessible, active leader to her constituents in the 3rd Congressional District.
