Man found in Seattle street dies of head injury

SEATTLE (AP) -- Homicide detectives are investigating the death of a man found in Seattle street with a head injury.
Police say officers found the man about 6:30 a.m. Thursday in the city's Central District. He was taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle where he died.
