BELLINGHAM, Wash. (AP) -- Liquid nitrogen spilled from a truck that crashed on Interstate 5 at Bellingham, blocking the freeway.
KOMO Radio reports there's a vapor cloud, but no threat to the public.
The truck driver reportedly broke an arm in the crash.
The Washington State Patrol says Bellingham police and firefighters responded to the scene.
The Transportation Department says another semi-truck jackknifed, so the freeway was blocked in both directions for a time Thursday morning.
