No damage from 2.8 quake felt around North Bend

SEATTLE (AP) — The King County sheriff’s office says there are no reports of damaged from a small earthquake Thursday afternoon.

The Pacific Northwest Seismic Network reported the 2.8 magnitude quake occurred at 1:22 p.m. in the Lake Desire area about 11 miles south of Bellevue.

The U. S. Geological Survey intensity website indicates it was felt as weak-to-light shaking to by a couple of dozen respondents, mostly in the North Bend-Snoqualmie area.
