A GOSPEL FEST will feature musicians from local churches performing at a free concert at 6 p.m. Oct. 1 at Battle Ground United Methodist Church, 10300 N.E. 199th St., Battle Ground. A PANEL DISCUSSION ON JUDAISM will feature six area rabbis at 7:15 p.m. Oct. 4 at Shaarie Torah, 920 N.W. Fifth Ave., Portland. “Rabbis Gone Wise,” hosted by Portland Florence Melton Adult Mini-School, will represent five area synagogues and multiple Jewish movements. Tickets: $10-$36.
