Letter: Herrera Beutler true to her word

The Columbian
Published: September 24, 2011, 5:00pm

I want to congratulate Congresswoman Jaime Herrera Beutler, R-Camas, for keeping the campaign promises she made. She said she would fight Obamacare and reduce government spending. She has voted to do both.

She is conducting a job fair from 1 to 6 p.m. Sept. 28 at the Red Lion Hotel at the Quay to help the unemployed in Southwest Washington.

Herrera Beutler works hard for us, whether it’s in Washington, D.C. or here in Washington state. I am proud to support her and appreciate her commitment to the residents of the 3rd Congressional District.

Continue to fight the good fight for us, Congresswoman.
