Custody hearing for missing Utah mom's children

TACOMA, Wash. (AP) -- A court hearing is being held Tuesday in Tacoma in a custody dispute involving the children of missing Utah mom Susan Cox Powell.

The 4- and 6-year-old boys have been living with their father Josh Powell in Puyallup (pew-AL'-up) at the home of his father, Steven Powell.

Steven Powell was arrested last week and charged with voyeurism and child pornography in connection with videos that were found during a search of the home. After the arrest, Susan Powell's father, Chuck Cox, filed for custody of the children.

Josh Powell is a person of interest in the disappearance of his wife nearly two years ago. He has not been charged.
