Amnesia Brewing has leased 6,000 square feet, formerly occupied by a pawn shop, at 1834 Main St., Washougal. The tenant and the landlord represented themselves.
D.E. Legacy LLC has purchased an 18,800-square-foot industrial building at 11316 N.E. Highway 99, Vancouver, from BMC West Corp. The purchase price was $1,675,000. Kevin Murphy of Kidder Mathews represented the buyer and Brad Carnese and Tom Usher of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller.
Effective Web Solutions LLC has leased a 2,500-square-foot office building at 1737 Main St., Washougal, from Lone Wolf Development. The tenant and the landlord represented themselves.
Mac Electric Inc. has leased 1,890 square feet of industrial space at Salmon Creek Business Park, Building E, 14407 N.E. 13th Ave., Suite 116, Vancouver, from Westland North LLC. Craig Johnson of NW Equities Investment Real Estate Services represented the tenant and Dave Brown of Columbia Commercial Properties represented the landlord.
