Manager accused of theft from WA county group

OLYMPIA, Wash. (AP) -- A woman who was the financial operations manager for the Washington Association of County Officials has been charged with the theft of more than $73,000 from its office in Olympia.
The Olympian reports (http://is.gd/pbMToo) the loss was discovered by a state audit.
Robin Ann Chase will be arraigned April 17 in Thurston County Superior Court.
