TACOMA, Wash. (AP) — The final suspect in a Puyallup break-in where one intruder was killed is now in custody.

Pierce County sheriff’s spokesman Ed Troyer says 27-year-old Joshua Baker was arrested Monday night at a Tacoma hospital where he showed up for treatment.

The News Tribune reports (http://is.gd/osPUTr ) he’s jailed on burglary, attempted robbery and assault charges in connection with the break-in last Wednesday at the home of a retired police officer. He was awakened by the noise and shot and killed one man wielding a crowbar.

Two other suspects have pleaded not guilty to burglary, attempted robbery and assault charges.

The Pierce County prosecutor says no charges will be filed against the homeowner who acted in self-defense.
