TEMPLE TERRACE, Fla. (AP) — University of South Florida basketball player Victor Rudd Jr. has been arrested on a charge of driving without a valid license.
Hillsborough County jail records show that Temple Terrace police pulled Rudd over at 9:42 p.m. Friday. Additional details about Rudd’s arrest were not immediately available, and a police spokesman did not immediately return a message left Saturday.
Rudd, 21, was released on $250 bond early Saturday. No attorney was listed for Rudd in the jail records, and a USF athletics department spokeswoman declined to comment.
Rudd’s South Florida team this year reached the NCAA tournament for the first time in two decades.
