Noninjury crash delays commuters on Mill Plain Boulevard

A noninjury crash clogged two lanes of Southeast Mill Plain Boulevard in east Vancouver on Tuesday morning.
The crash was reported at 7:25 a.m. at the intersection of Mill Plain and Southeast 131st Avenue, near Chuck’s Produce & Street Market. Vancouver Fire Department’s Engine 9 arrived six minutes later and found two cars “right in the middle of the intersection,” said department spokesman Kevin Stromberg.
Fire crews left around 7:45 a.m., but Vancouver police remained to investigate the crash, he said.
