Police investigate incident at apartments

Vancouver police were at an apartment house at 8701 E. Mill Plain Blvd. on Tuesday afternoon, responding to the report of a man outside an apartment making threats to a woman.
Members of the SWAT team were called at 3:01 p.m. to the Townhouse Square Apartments.
Police were able to get the woman and her children out of the apartment. They were not harmed.
Officers searched the area both on foot and with at least one police dog but were unable to find the man. Police left the scene at 7:15 p.m..
