Proposed Brush Prairie subdivision up for review

Plans for a 128-lot Brush Prairie-area housing subdivision have been submitted for a May 3 review by the Clark County Department of Community Development.
Called Pacific Oaks planned unit development, the proposal would feature 6,000-square-foot housing lots on a 20-acre parcel located on the west side of Northeast 152nd Avenue and south of the 109th Street line.
David Rosenberger of Vancouver submitted the application.
