Ridgefield city manager leaves for Bellingham

Ridgefield -- More than 50 people gathered to thank Ridgefield City Manager Justin Clary for his service to the city March 30, his last day of work there. Clary was appointed the interim city manager in December 2005 and officially became the city manager in March 2007. Clary has accepted an engineering job with a firm in Bellingham.
