Ore. police close I-84, take man into custody

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) -- Oregon State Police say they've taken a man into custody after a standoff along Interstate 84 near The Dalles.
They say they chased the car, which was wanted in an investigation, but the driver wouldn't cooperate when officers pulled him over Thursday morning.
The highway was closed during the standoff.
