Southwest Third Street project in Battle Ground now complete

Battle Ground — Work has been completed on a road construction project connecting Southwest Third Street between Southwest 15th and Southwest 17th avenues, city officials said.
Southwest Third Street has new curbs, gutters, sidewalk, street lighting and landscaping.
A Community Development Block Grant for $112,800 helped pay for the project. Battle Ground provided $28,200 in matching dollars from its street fund, as well as in-house project design and inspection, city officials said.
