Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Bruno Portrait Studios has leased 1,036 square feet of office space at 1333 Washington St., Vancouver, from The Van Buren Living Trust. Doug Bartocci of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented both parties.

Callahan Law, specializing in Department of Licensing and DUI representation, has leased an executive suite at 310 W. 11th St., Vancouver, from The Phillips Group Inc. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.

Coco Bella Spa, providing tanning, has leased 1,000 square feet of retail space at Oak Tree Plaza, 1227 N. Goerig Road, Suite A, Woodland. Gordon Lewis of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins-Bernhardt Associates represented the tenant.

Eric Hoffman, providing family, defense and estate planning, has leased 600 square feet of office space at 2200 Broadway, Vancouver, from Toucan Two LLC. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.

Goddard School has leased land at Northeast 134th Street and Northeast 27th Avenue, in Salmon Creek, from LJS Investors LLC for an 8,000-square-foot school, which is under construction. The school will be operated by Solari Early Childhood Development LLC and is expected to open in summer 2012. It will be the school’s second Vancouver location. Brian Sullivan with Coldwell Banker Bain Commercial represented Goddard School in the transaction.

Marks Designs & Metalworks has leased a 23,160-square-foot warehouse at Minnehaha Corp. Center, 4220 N.E. Minnehaha, Building 1, Vancouver, from Minnehaha Business Plaza LLC. Kelly Shea of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins-Bernhardt Associates represented both parties.

Melvin and Cheryl Locke have purchased a 5,000-square-foot retail building at 217 N.E. Fourth Ave., Camas, from Hooba’s Hospitality LLC. The purchase price was $175,000. Brian Sullivan of Coldwell Banker Bain Commercial represented the buyer and Trevor Sosky and Joe Sosky of KW Commercial represented the seller.

William Straw, general contractor specializing in church and commercial property remodeling and construction, has leased 1,750 square feet of warehouse space at 12607 N.E. 95th St., Vancouver. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.
