3 killed in crash on Highway 26 near Vale

VALE, Ore. (AP) — State police say three people haved died in the collision of an SUV and a pickup truck on Highway 26 in Malheur County near Vale in southeastern Oregon.

The State Police say 31-year-old Courtney Glick-Peterson of Boise, Idaho, was driving an SUV Sunday afternoon, and her husband, 26-year-old Zachary Edward Peterson, was a passenger.

The police say the SUV crossed into the lane of a pickup driven by 76-year-old Eugene Albert Bernard of Paulina, Ore., in Crook County.
